In the case of a convection oven, it uses elements with a built-in fan which helps to circulate the air in the oven though not as that of an air fryer but achieves the same result.

Noise: Convection oven produces less noise while cool when compared with air fryer. You cannot replace it in this aspect.
Cleaning: Convection oven is easier to clean when compared with air fryer.
